Athanasios Polychronopoulos is the Chairman & CEO of EKAN-Polygreen a leading global company in circular economy initiatives that specializes in WEEE treatment and reliable, cost-effective waste management. In more than 20 years of successful career, he has managed some of the most demanding and technically challenging environmental projects around the world.
Mr. Polychronopoulos is a member of SEV Business Council for Sustainable Development (SEV BCSD). He is also a Board member of UN Global Contact Network Hellas.
Mr. Polychronopoulos is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration and Management of the University of Piraeus and has attended business administration and management seminars at Stanford University and Harvard.
