Nikos is the Managing Partner of Colliers Greece, heading the firm's transaction advisory services.
He has more than 15 years of experience in property transactions, valuations and real estate management, working closely with international and local financiers, private equity funds and institutional real estate investors.
His focus is on real estate investment advisory and enterprise solutions for multinational occupiers. He is also involved in high profile advisory and asset management engagements to major investors, financial institutions and auditing firms.
Nikos is an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment from University of Reading and a BSc in Mathematics from University of Patras.
