Spiros Pampoukidis is the founder and CEO of OTS SA. He is a Computer Science Department graduate of University of Crete and an MBA owner. He has extensive experience as a software developer and analyst. He has also been employed as special counselor in Local Governance Organisations. He is currently 1st acting Vice president of the Federation of Hellenic ICT enterprises.
