Αpostolos is a Partner focusing on Capital Markets, Banking & Finance and Μ&Α transactions.
During his practice, he has regularly advised both international and domestic clients, including funds, corporates and state owned enterprises and institutions, on a broad range of corporate, commercial and financing transactions, indicatively mentioning share and asset deals, legal due diligence, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, corporate finance, as well as regulatory and advisory work before supervising authorities, such as the Bank of Greece and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. Apostolos studied law in Athens and London (LSE).
Finally, Apostolos participates regularly as a speaker in local conferences and seminars focusing mainly on company law and corporate governance.
