Chryssos is a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Managing Director & Partner and Head of the BCG Athens office. He joined BCG in 2011 and focuses on work in Financial Institutions with particular expertise in Transformation. He has extensive international experience in strategy development, operational transformation, cost optimization, as well as customer journey design and implementation. Prior to BCG, Chryssos' consultancy experience was focused on Project Management best practice for Blue Chip companies such as Airbus, Vodafone, Visa Europe. Chryssos is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MEng and a PhD from Imperial College, London.
