Yiola Marcou MD, MRCP(UK) , FRCR(UK) Dr. Yiola Marcou is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center (BOCOC) , with specialization in breast cancer treatment and special interest in the younger group. She is also a lecturer at the University of Nicosia Medical School. She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she had her Medical and Clinical Oncology training in the UK. She worked in many teaching hospitals in London, like the Barts and the London Hospitals, Charing Cross etc. She completed her specialist training and she was working in Charing Cross as a Locum Consultant. She has participated in many clinical trials and she has collaborated with many European Research organizations. In Cyprus she has been a member of the National Cancer Committee and she is a member of the National Breast Cancer committee .
