Maximos Kalatzis is an architect, an entrepreneur, a real estate professional, an investor. For over 25 years he has created and managed companies across various sectors and is successfully active in real estate development with continuous presence in the international market, actively participating in the development of projects with a total value over $500M. Maximos is co-owner and co-founder of Makt, FAM and MOI THE. Specializing in development, management, financial analysis, and facility management. Over the years, he was in charge of the design in diverse projects, led the construction management in many, build up business and corporate concepts. He earned a Master of Architecture from the Technical University of Vienna and attended the University of Economics of Vienna.
