Grigoris Chasanis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer, having more than 20 years overall
professional engineering, management and leading experience. He has actively involved with
most aspects of ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) and Oil & Gas metering and
regulating systems (generally related to ΙΤ, SCADA, PLC, Industrial Networks, software
development, technical management, site-monitoring & supervision, industrial automation,
as-built-drawings, etc), with working experience in demanding international working
environments (Qatar, Jordan, Iran) for ITS and Oil & Gas projects.
From the year 2017 and onwards, works in Olympia Odos S.A, holding the position of the
Electromechanical, Tolling and IT Manager, responsible for the Heavy Maintenance, the
upgrades and the innovation, implementing projects using (among others) IoT (Internet of
Things), Big Data, Machine Learning, Computer Vision and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
