PERSONAL DATA Born in 1976 in Florence, he graduated in Computer Science from the University of Florence and earned a PhD in Telematics and the Information Society. Since 2007, he has been Sales Manager and co-founder of Comm.it S.r.l., an Italian company with offices in Florence, Bologna, and Milan, specializing in digitalization services, software development, and technological innovation. Since 2023, the company has been part of the Dilaxia Group. In 2014, he began his activities in Albania with the goal of expanding the company’s reach and supporting growth more effectively. Since 2015, he has served as Sole Administrator of Commit Software Shpk (now Growing Tree Shpk). From 2017 to 2023, he held the same role at ICT Watchers Shpk, and in 2024 he became Administrator of Dilaxia Nova Shpk, the result of the merger of the previous entities into a single service company within the ICT sector, part of the Dilaxia Group. From 2019 to 2024, he was Sole Administrator of Growing Tree Srl, a company in which he is a shareholder. Growing Tree focuses on strategic consulting for the management of digital projects and minority holdings in startups, offering advisory roles and temporary technological management. Since 2022, he has been a faculty member at the Rome Business School, teaching in Master’s programs in the field of Digital Innovation for the Fashion sector. In 2023, he was appointed Adjunct Professor at the University of Florence, Faculty of Engineering, where he lectures on Databases within the Management Engineering degree program. Within Confindustria, since 2012 he has been active in the Innovative and Technological Services Section, serving as Board Member of Confindustria Florence (now Confindustria Toscana Centro e Costa). In 2016, he became one of the founding members of Confindustria Albania, where he has served as Board Member since its establishment. From 2018 to 2020, he was part of the Technical Group for the Internationalization of Territories as a representative of Young Entrepreneurs. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the School of Business and Industrial Technologies, a public governance institute supported by Confindustria, dedicated to training young people for entry-level corporate roles and facilitating their integration into the labor market. In 2024, he was appointed Head of the ICT/BPO Section of Confindustria Albania, representing a significant number of member companies. In 2025, he joined the Board of Confindustria EstEuropa with a mandate for IT Services and Artificial Intelligence.
