Dimitris Kirmikiroglou is the Secretary General of Communication and Information at the Presidency of the Hellenic Government and former Secretary General of Public Administration. He has held senior leadership positions in both the public and private sector. A graduate in History and Public Administration with a specialization in Public Economics, he also holds an MBA, Master’s degrees in European and International Studies and in International Law, and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration. His work focuses on European public administration and the rule of law, with a strong record in public sector innovation, digital transformation, and reforms that have strengthened governance, transparency, and institutional effectiveness.
