Constantinos Loizou was born in Nicosia, with family origins in Morphou and Kyrenia. He holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has been active in the youth sector since 2017, serving as Vice President of the Student Association for International Affairs in Greece (2020–21) and as Secretary General of Cyprus Youth DiplomaCY (2023–25). In 2024, he was elected President of the Cyprus Youth Council for the 2024–2025 biennium, receiving unanimous support in the process. Since 2023, he has been an active member of the House of Youth Representatives' Coordination Committee. In addition, he serves as a member of the Bicommunal Technical Committee on Youth, a role appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus.
