Vicky Karga Kampani serves as the Legal Real Estate Leader at KBVL Law Firm, the sole Greek member of the Deloitte Legal Network, where she provides strategic legal counsel specializing in real estate, financial regulation, and corporate law. She is committed to promoting environmentally sustainable construction and investment practices, aligning with global trends in the real estate sector. Vicky advises institutional and private investors on complex acquisitions, development projects, and regulatory frameworks for cross-border transactions. Prior to KBVL, she was General Counsel at an international debt servicing firm, gaining extensive experience in corporate restructuring and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio management. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Law at Democritus University of Thrace, enhancing her expertise in navigating complex legal challenges in corporate and financial regulation.
