Maria Aftia MRICS has a degree in Engineering and an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance. She has twenty-five years of experience in the field of real estate consulting, during which she has carried out a significant number of real estate appraisal studies, she has prepared real estate market research reports and provided real estate investment strategy advice mainly focusing on commercial properties and real estate development projects in Greece and Southeast Europe. She has been part of real estate consulting appraisal and development teams working together with Multinational Companies, Financial Institutions, Regulatory Boards, Real Estate Development Companies and Real Estate Investors. In 2008 she has founded Real Estate Advisory – REA of which she is the managing director and legal representative to date. The company is certified by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a "RICS Regulated Firm". The company has undertaken real estate consulting projects, prepared valuations and development appraisal studies for a wide range of property portfolios, including commercial properties, office spaces, industrial properties, logistic centers, hotels, residential units, land parcels etc. Maria Aftia MRICS is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS since 2008 and a member of the RICS Greece Sustainability Group since 2023.
