Errikos Arones is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Properties, Greece’s leading private and independent real estate investment company. With expertise in both greenfield and brownfield real estate developments, Errikos has successfully led projects exceeding €150 million in Gross Development Value across all real estate sectors. Errikos has also helmed the Arones family office for over two decades, directing its strategic focus towards real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. He holds a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Indianapolis and an Advanced Management Development Programme (AMDP) in Real Estate Development from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, as well as completed the Real Estate Executive Course at Harvard Business School. In addition to his executive role, Errikos serves on several boards, including ULI Greece & Cyprus’ Residential Council, the Jewish Museum of Greece, and The People’s Trust.
