Dimitra is a Senior Consultant at Atria Property Services – Part of the CBRE Affiliate Network – specializing in sustainable design and workplace strategy. She collaborates with organizations across the EU to create workplaces that enhance employees' well-being, productivity, and sense of place, with an interest in integrating green building certifications.

A licensed architect, she has expertise in environmental design, building performance evaluation, and change management, supported by both research and practical experience in Greece and the UK. She is a WELL Accredited Professional and holds an MPhil in Environmental Design as well as a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where her research focused on energy use behaviour in retrofitted buildings.
