Mrs. Fragou is an Organizational Psychologist with an MSc in Human Resources Management, a clinical psychologist license, a diploma in Business Coaching & Mentorship, and a Certificate in Agile Leadership. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at EU Business School, where she holds a prestigious fellowship, and her research focuses on organizational behavior. Professionally, she is an awarded business coach leading projects in culture transformation, employee training, and public speaking for global corporations and Fortune 500 companies all over the world. As a public figure, she advocates for human rights, mental health, and women's empowerment and she is the creator of the vodcast “Straight Outta Life”, which received a Gold award in DiME awards 2025. Since September 2023, she has been a trainer for the World Health Organization, developing public health leaders in global missions, including Kazakhstan and war-torn Ukraine.
