Dr Petros Petrikkos holds a PhD in International Relations and European Studies, an MSc in Conflict Studies, and a BA (Hons) in International Relations. He is Adjunct Lecturer in International Relations at the Department of Politics and Governance, School of Law. As a researcher, Dr Petrikkos has worked as an analyst and consultant to non-governmental organisations, the private sector, the Republic of Cyprus, the EU, the United Nations, and other international organisations in the fields of politics, policy, law, and national security. He has been a HARNO Visiting Scholar at the School of Governance, Law and Society at Tallinn University and is currently an Associate Member at the Centre for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies at Queen Mary, University of London. His research focuses on themes related to Critical Security Studies, Hybrid Threats, Smallness in International Relations, Politics and Technology, the EU, and the Middle East.
