Ioannis Lianos is Professor, Chair of Global Competition Law and Public Policy at the Faculty of Laws, University College London and the Founding Director of the Centre for Law, Economics and Society at UCL. He is a member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal since 2024. He was President of the Hellenic Competition Commission from August 2019 to January 2024. Ioannis was elected a member of the Bureau of the OECD Competition Committee in 2021 and re-elected in 2022 and 2023. He was elected member of the EU High Level Group for the Digital Markets Act (DMA) in 2023.
