Thodoris Lyvis MRICS, REV, holds a Diploma and a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Recognized European Valuer (REV) under the TEGoVA scheme, as well as a member of the Association of Greek Valuers and the Hellenic Valuation Institute. With more than fifteen years of professional experience, he has conducted numerous property valuation assignments, feasibility and highest and best use studies, development appraisals, as well as market research projects, covering a wide spectrum of asset classes including hotels, logistics facilities, retail parks, healthcare units, offices and residential properties. Since 2020, he has been leading the Valuation and Advisory Services department of Danos, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he provides strategic consulting and valuation services to institutional investors, financial institutions, corporations, and real estate developers, among others.
