Panos holds an MA in Property Valuation and Law from CASS Business School in London as well as a certificate in Business Valuation from RICS. Active in the Greek Real Estate Market since 2004. He has undertaken and audited more than 20,000 Property Valuations for loan security, IFRS, REIT, NPL, Investment, Arbitration, Expropriation, Distressed Portfolios and Auction Purposes. As head of Solum Property Solutions he has participated in most of the NPL transactions that took place after 2019 in Greece either as a sell or buy side advisor. Panos is a keen RICS member since (2008) as well as a registered valuer (VRS) and now in charge of the Valuation Faculty of the Greek RICS Advisory Board. He is also a Recognized European Valuer (REV) by TEGoVA since 2012 and an AVAG and HVI member. He is the Chair of the Valuation Professional Group of RICS Greece as well as the Greek Delegate in the European Valuation Working Group of RICS . Finally, he is a board member of the Hellenic Union of Owners.
