Dimitris Psarris is a Senior Partner in Bain & Company’s Global Financial Services and Private Equity Practices, and the Managing Partner of Bain Greece. He is also a member of the firm’s European leadership team.
With 20 years of experience, Dimitris has advised leading banks, insurers, corporates, private equity firms, governments, and regulators across Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Africa, with roles based in London, New York, Madrid, and Athens.
He has deep expertise in strategy, business transformation, value creation, and restructuring, working closely with Boards, CEOs, and financial sponsors on high-impact initiatives.
Dimitris led Bain’s expansion in Greece and Cyprus, is the founder of the firm’s Athens office, and has supported many of the country’s largest organizations and key investors on large-scale strategy and transformation programs.
