Anna Dionysiou holds a BEng Degree In Civil Engineering and an MSc Degree in Management of Projects .She currently works as a Standards Officer in the Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation (CYS). She manages, monitors, and coordinates the work of National Technical Committees which formulate standards and specifications in the Civil engineering sector and provides lectures and training seminars for this sector. She is also a certified QMS Auditor for ISO 9001 certification. She is participating actively in European standardisation technical committees developing standards for Construction products. Through her involvement with standardisation and participating in many standardization committees, she gained deep experience and understanding of the European Standardisation System (ESS) and she developed valuable negotiation, communication, organizational and leadership skills. She is an experienced Civil Engineer, and she has accumulated more than 10 years of significant, progressive experience in civil engineering projects as she has worked within the construction industry as Site Engineer and Construction Project Manager.
