Theodoros Gavriilidis, MRICS, has been with LAMDA Development since 2003 (with the exception of the period 2009–2014) and currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer. Over the past decade, he has overseen and executed large-scale strategic agreements and investment transactions, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering landmark development projects — such as The Ellinikon — as well as significant corporate partnerships. Between 2009 and 2014, he held the positions of Business Development Director at REDS S.A. (a member of the ELLAKTOR Group), Senior Project Manager at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), and was a member of the Board of Directors at Public Properties Company (ETAD). Earlier in his career, he worked at J&P Overseas Ltd and Bovis Lend Lease. Mr. Gavriilidis holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Civil Engineering degree with honors from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has been a scholar of the Latsis, Onassis, and Fulbright Foundations.
