Panagiotis Balomenos

Panagiotis Balomenos holds a degree in Survey Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK, and a PhD, earned on a scholarship from the EU, in the Economics of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment from the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University, where he has taught postgraduate courses in real estate. In addition, he has completed a business education program on entrepreneurship at Harvard University.

He has extensive and diversified professional experience in real estate. He has served as Executive Director, interim CEO, and Deputy CEO at ETAD S.A. He was the co-founder and managing partner of a technical company for twelve years and has also served as Senior Advisor to KED S.A., Technical Advisor to Panhellenic Bank, Scientific Associate of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) and the Regional Development Institute, and Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance on privatizations and public real estate. He has also served on the Boards of the Church Real Estate Development Company, the Deposits and Loans Fund, and North Star (Casino Mont Parnes), where he was President of the Board of Directors.
