Andreas Papallas studied Architecture at the University of Sheffield and holds an MPhil in Architecture and Urban Design (Distinction) from the University of Cambridge. He is now completing a DPhil (PhD) in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. Since 2017, he has been the Associate Director of ADP Architecture Design Practice, advising on urban policy, regulatory compliance, and large-scale development strategies. He was elected to the General Council of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) in 2023, where he heads a technical committee on optimising public-sector project processes. He also represents the Cyprus Architects Association in the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Joint Construction Contracts Tribunal (CyJCCT). In parallel, he holds a Research Associate post at the Cyprus University of Technology and the University of Cyprus, contributing to EU-funded projects on urban governance and participatory planning.
