Her experience working with organizations across the globe from Europe and emerging markets to China and Canada, has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and talent management, actively contributing to initiatives that empower people and create an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.

As a pioneer in DEI actions, Athina actively supports the Women’s Network and NGN Network of MSD Greece, strengthening female leadership and giving voice to the new generation of executives.
