Christos Kosmas is a Partner in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory (SR&TA) department at Deloitte Greece, where he leads the Real Estate sector. He has over 25 years of professional experience, primarily in Financial Advisory, and has also worked in Audit & Assurance. Christos has extensive expertise in Corporate Finance, with broad exposure to sectors such as real estate, tourism and entertainment, food and beverages, commerce, utilities, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, energy, and renewable energy. He has managed and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic and financial guidance to leading organisations. As a senior member of the SR&TA team, Christos has been involved in business valuations, feasibility and viability studies, purchase value allocations (PPA), financial due diligence, dispute resolution advisory, and corporate restructuring projects, contributing to the successful execution of complex transactions.
