Machy Karagianni is an Electrical Engineer, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens. Since 1989, she has been with PLANET S.A., where she currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Throughout her long tenure, she has contributed decisively to the company’s growth and evolution, overseeing operations and ensuring the effective implementation of its strategic objectives. She has coordinated and managed numerous high-impact projects in Greece and abroad, leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across sectors. She has extensive experience in consulting, particularly in the fields of public sector development, restructuring and modernization. Her expertise includes strategy and policy formulation, organizational and operational improvement, and the management of complex programmes and projects both in the public and private sector.
