Gemma Webb is a visionary leader with a career spanning more than three decades across multiple industries. Since November 2022, she has held the position of CEO of RetuRO SGR. Driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and the principles of the circular economy, Gemma Webb plays a pivotal role in positioning RetuRO as one of the largest and most ambitious circular economy systems in Europe. In February 2025, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the European Deposit Return Systems Association (EDRSA), a newly established organization dedicated to advancing best practices, shaping policy, and fostering collaboration in deposit return systems across Europe. She has also served as President of the Romanian-Irish Business Association since October 2020. At RetuRO, Gemma Webb is dedicated to turning packaging waste into valuable resources, contributing to a cleaner, greener Romania.
