Professor of International Relations and Religion in the Middle East and the Mediterranean at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Peloponnese and scientific director of the Centre for Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies (CEMMIS) at the same University. He has authored and edited books and articles on Revolution and Insurgency in the Middle East, regional security, political Islam and Christians in the Middle East. His last book (in Greek) “The Middle East and the War in Gaza” by Erma Publishers is now out.
