Ioannis is a Senior Partner and Head of Capital Marlets in Colliers Greece & Cyprus. He is currently working with international and major local investors, financiers, corporates and hoteliers to originate, underwrite, and strategically support real estate deals and CapEx intensive investments. He also leverages his expertise in ESG strategies to help clients create sustainable value in property portfolios. His focus is on value add and (re)development opportunities in mixed-use and hospitality real estate in SE Europe. Ioannis is passionate about driving and delivering impactful investments in the real estate sector and contributing to the socioeconomic growth and sustainable development of SE Europe’s built environment.
