He was born in May 1973 in Athens, originally from Kavala. Since August 1974, his family moved to BRUSSELS where he grew up and continues to live and work professionally. He is the father of two girls aged 11 and 25. He speaks 4 languages ​​​​perfectly (Greek, French, Dutch and English) Since he was a child, he has had close contacts with the Greek community of Belgium, which are strengthened by the initiatives, events and actions in which he leads or actively participates. In particular, since 2021 he has been the President of the Greek Community of Brussels, having an even more active role, within a community that counts more than 55,000 members. He holds a degree in economics with a specialization in tax law and a postgraduate degree specializing in tax law. He has been a certified tax expert since 1996 and is actively involved in the tax sector, both in Belgium and in Greece, through his participation in forums, seminars and conferences. In Greece, he actively participates in the Panhellenic Association of Tax Experts as Head of International Relations. He is an assistant in the efforts to promote the Regional Unit of Kavala abroad. He is the owner and manager of Fiduciaire Fiskophil, a Brussels-based accounting and tax services company that serves small and medium-sized companies from Belgium as well as many other countries, especially Greece. He writes articles in popular financial magazines and comments in the media as a financial analyst on issues related to his professional interest as well as important social issues. He follows developments both in his professional field and on a social level as he comes into daily contact with the people of the Greek Community. With a vision of the need to support the Greek element with fellow travelers important people who embrace the common vision, he establishes in Brussels, the European Hellenic Foundation (EHF). In collaboration with Greek expatriates who are knowledgeable about the issues that concern the Greek diaspora, through many years of experience gained from voluntary involvement in the community, the EHF was established to unite the Greek diaspora to support culture, education and to help strengthen and consolidate a dynamic presence of the Greek diaspora using the available European funding programs.
