Ms. Evis Karandrea is member of the Board of Administrators of Assist Digital in Albania. She is a business leader and chief executive of consolidated international and local experience in strategic leadership and management across various industries: electronic communications, telecommunications, digital, health and education. She has been the Administrator of the Catholic University ‘Our Lady of Good Counsel’ where she has contributed to the growth of the University and the startup of the hospital with the same name. As a Director in Vodafone Ms. Karandrea contributed to shaping digital policy and laws in the field of electronic communications, privacy, competition in Albania and its alignment with the EU acquis communautaire. Also, in this role she managed strategic business projects with big national impact. Extensive experience in public policy, external affairs and lobbying, building and maintaining relationships with national and local governments and national and international institutions, regulatory authorities and stakeholders in order to create enabling and competitive environnement for foreign and international businesses in Albania. Strong academic background in law from Tirana and Cambridge Universities and MBA from Warwick University.
