Vivian Koutosgeorgopoulou is a Senior Economist in the Economics Department of the OECD and the OECD Crete Centre on Population Dynamics. Along her career at the OECD, she co-authored OECD worked research and policy analysis on several countries, including Australia, Greece, Norway, Iceland and Lithuania, as well as on the multilateral surveillance of the global economy. Her areas of research include the public finances, structural policies and productivity, education and skills, as well as demographics and their implication for economic prosperity. Earlier in her career, she worked as a research associate in PSSRU, United Kingdom. She holds a PhD from the University of Kent, United Kingdom.
