Dimitris is a Chartered Accountant, Partner & Head of Deals Services of Grant Thornton Greece and brings multiple years of professional experience. He is a certified Public Accountant experienced in the domain of Finance and Restructuring. As Head of Deals Services, Dimitris renders services throughout the transactions duration, from the start-up procedure to their completion (due diligence, valuation, SPA support, etc.) assisting either the sellers or the buyers. Dimitris has extensive experience in the domain of groups and companies financial restructuring, making the best use of his professional skills acquired darting his membership in the Monitoring Trustee in executive committees of a Greek systemic bank. Dimitris was co-head of Grant Thornton Methodology and Technology Committee, which is responsible for providing guidance and resolving issues related to the implementation of ISAs, IFRS and Grant Thornton control tools, and is a member of the book writing team for IFRS.
