Dragan Đukanović, PhD, Full Professor of the Foreign Policy of Serbia and History of Balkans Relations and Chief of International Relations Department in the the Faculty of Political Science – University of Belgrade. He was a full-time Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of International Politics and Economics, Belgrade and its deputy director (2015.-2017.). Also, he was a Editor-in-Chief of the Međunarodna politika (2008.-2017.), the oldest foreign policy scientific journal in the Western Balkans, founded in 1950. He is a president of the Pan European Union of Serbia (NGO, Belgrade)
