Konstantina Tsiapali is an Engineer (EE NTUA, MBA), an entrepreneur, and a CEO. She founded Global Digital Technologies (GDT) in 1999 and its subsidiary EMNIA3 in 2008, focusing on embedded systems design services, IoT products, and multimedia applications. She also co-founded Insilico Consulting — a company owned and managed exclusively by women — with the mission of promoting innovation and best practices in high-tech startups and SMEs.

Since 2005, she has been an active member of the Greek microelectronics and high-technology ecosystem. She contributed to the foundation of the Hellenic Semiconductor Industry Association (HSIA) and to the organization of the Corallia initiative for the microelectronics cluster. She has served on the Board of Directors of HETiA since 2016 and currently holds the role of Vice President for Public Relations & Communication, while also serving as Project Coordinator of the Hellenic Chips Competence Centre (HCCC).
