Nikolaos Kalogeris is the Deputy Regional Governor of Chania since 2019. Additionally, he is in charge of issues related to Energy Planning of Crete, Renewable Energy Sources, Natural Gas and Hydrocarbons. He is also the supervisor of the Regional Plan for Climate Change Adaptation. Nikos Kalogeris he has been actively involved in the Regional Government since 2011. For 8 years he was the Vice Regional Governor of Crete for the Environment and Spatial Planning, Member of the Executive Committee of the Region of Crete, and the Chairman of the Committee for the Environment & Spatial Planning in the Region of Crete. He holds a Diploma in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
