Evangelia (Gelly) Papadimitriou as Head of Talent Development & Engagement at Lidl Hellas and Cyprus, brings a deep understanding of the dynamics of the modern working environment. With a degree in Educational and Social Policy, her career at Lidl began in 2008, developing her expertise in the Learning & Development and Recruiting departments, before taking on the role of Head of Employee Engagement and the last years as Head of Talent Development & Engagement. In her current position, she focuses on critical areas such as organizational culture, training and development, employee engagement, global mobility, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
