Mr. Fatolas is a senior executive with more than twenty-nine years of experience in Information Technology, a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete. He started his career as part of the core team of Forthnet, the first Internet Provider in Greece. Under different roles, for the next twenty years he experienced the rapid evolution of the telecommunications industry, leading IT to sustain the growth of the company, as well as provide innovative services to the end customers. In 2016 he joined Metlen Energy & Metals (former MYTILINEOS) and currently as Chief Information Officer is executing an extensive digital transformation program across the organization, incorporating new technologies and applying best practices that fit the business needs and support the vision of the company. The program targets to increase efficiency and collaboration through the homogenization of processes and enhanced user experience, while ensuring business continuity.
