Raluca Fișer is a leading voice in sustainability and green economy, with over 18 years of experience advancing environmental innovation, sustainable transport, and circular economy in Europe. She is the founder and president of Green Revolution, Romania’s first NGO dedicated to urban ecology, known for launching I’Velo—the country’s first and largest 100% Romanian bike-sharing system operating in Bucharest and multiple other cities. A recognized advocate for active mobility, Raluca served as President of the World Cycling Alliance (2018–2021) and Vice-President of the European Cyclists’ Federation (2016–2021), where she successfully contributed to elevating cycling on the European political agenda and globally, championing safer, greener, and more inclusive transport systems. In parallel, she is Managing Partner of Green Report, Romania’s pioneering media platform dedicated to environmental policy and sustainable business. She oversees strategy, communication, advocacy, and multi-stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and civil society, ensuring impactful, mission-driven growth and funding for environmental causes. Raluca’s expertise lies at the intersection of strategic management, sustainable development, and public affairs, driving systemic change toward a greener, more resilient future.
