Victoria holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology from King's College London. She started her career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University and had affiliations with academia as a Research Fellow before making a career shift to business. Her professional experience over the past 20+ years is in the Technology Industry, a Microsoft veteran with regional leadership experience across tech and business, especially on sales and partnerships. She is a Founder and Director of INSAiTU, a company deeply rooted in innovation working on 'augmented intelligence technologies' doing both direct product development and providing strategy consulting. More recently became a co-founder of Biomet.life, focusing on empowering decision-makers to develop effective, auditable interventions for biodiversity capital conservation and restoration. She is also an associate partner of Bioinnovation Greece, a Non-profit Organization. She has served on the Cambridge University Alumni Advisory Board from 2012-2023 and since 2018 is a fellow of the CJBS supporting initiatives, innovators, and companies of the Cambridge Ecosystem.
