Igor Novaković is the Senior Associate of the International and Security Affairs Centre - ISAC Fund. In addition, he is a representative in Serbia of the Council for Inclusive Governance- CIG, an international NGO based in the USA. He also works as an independent consultant, and has participated in projects for many domestic and international organizations and institutions (including UNDP, CIPE, GLOBSEC and other). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Belgrade, an MSc in European Studies from the University of Novi Sad, an MA in International Relations (Eastern European Studies) from the University of Bologna, and a BA in History from the University of Novi Sad Mr. Novaković's field of research encompasses issues related to international relations and security, particularly connected to the European integrations, regional cooperation and bilateral cooperation of Serbia with other states, cyber security, and the interethnic dialogue in Southeastern Europe. He is the author of a number of analyses and policy papers. In addition, Mr. Novaković has published a number of articles in domestic and international scientific journals and has organized many different international conferences, roundtables, and workshops on various topics related to international relations, security cooperation, conflict mediation, interethnic dialogue, and minority integration.
