Born and raised in Montréal, Canada, Amanda proudly represents the Greek diaspora through a blend of academic excellence, leadership, and cultural engagement. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce, she earned a Master of Science in Public Health, focusing on health equity and access to care. During her master’s practicum in Greece, Amanda worked closely with Roma women to study and monitor their gynaecological health with Prolepsis Institute — an experience that solidified her dedication to improving health outcomes among vulnerable populations. Professionally, Amanda serves as Office Manager for Member of the Canadian Parliament Alexandra Mendès, where she contributes to community outreach, problem resolution, and public service initiatives. Deeply involved in Montreal’s Hellenic community, Amanda served as President and later Treasurer of the McGill Hellenic Student Association and remains an active member of several Greek organizations, both socially and artistically, through traditional dance and cultural initiatives.
