Entela Ruci is Bechtel’s Government Relation / Business Development Manager for South Eastern Europe. Entela has 15 years’ experience with Bechtel as Government Relation Manager and Regional Business Development Representative. During her career with Bechtel, Entela worked as Prime Contract and Communication Manager focusing on external relations with the Government, Media and Community in the Albanian, Kosovo and Serbia North Macedonia motorway projects. Prior to joining Bechtel, she has over 15 years’ experience as political advisor for Ministers of Transport and Telecommunication, Minister of Interior and as advisor for the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of EU Integration Ermelinda Meksi. Previous to that she was a political journalist. She had several years of experience with European Commission as a communication expert in several EU projects focusing on Procurement Law and EU legal standardization. Throughout her career she worked with other large international construction company such as Statcraft (Norway) –EVN (Austria) JV.
