Dimitrios Savvidis is a Biomedical Sciences graduate specializing in molecular mechanisms of disease, with academic experience across Greece, France, and the Netherlands. He completed internships at the Hellenic Pasteur Institute in Athens and the OncoLille Cancer Research Institute in France, where he investigated ion-channel dysregulation in breast cancer cells. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Medicine) at Radboud University in the Netherlands, focusing on chromatin regulation, cellular ageing, and inflammation. His research interests lie at the intersection of molecular physiology and disease development, with the long-term goal of contributing to international biomedical research and advancing scientific collaboration within the Greek diaspora.
