Demi is a second-generation Greek Australian. She has just completed the third year of her double degree, she studies a Bachelor of Science and Information Technology, majoring in Physiology and Computer Networks & Security at Monash University. She serves as the Co-President of the National Union of Greek Australian Students (NUGAS) and is the former Chair of the Monash University Hellenic Students Society. Demi also works closely with the leadership team of the Greek Community of Melbourne (GCM), supporting major events including the Melbourne Comedy Festival and the annual Antipodes Festival and works to bridge the two organisations together alongside the NUGAS X GCM Subcommittee.
