Dr Constantinos Hadjisavvas is a defence and security expert with over 25 years of experience in European and international affairs. He currently serves as Director for Digital Resilience and Defence at DIGITALEUROPE, Senior Research Fellow at École des Ponts Business School, and a Member of the Cyprus Defence Industrial Council. A retired Lieutenant Colonel and graduate of the Hellenic Army Academy, he holds a PhD and BA in Political Science, and an MA in International Conflict Analysis. He has held senior roles at the European Defence Agency, the Cypriot Ministries of Defence and Foreign Affairs, the National Crisis Management Centre, and served as an adviser to the African Union mission in Sudan. He is a frequent speaker and author on defence resilience and hybrid threats.
