Fay Koutzoukou is the Deputy General Manager of SolidarityNow, a Greek non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 2013 to support the most vulnerable and marginalized members of society—without discrimination. With more than a decade of experience, Fay has secured, structured, and managed over €35 million in funding to drive lasting social change. Her work focuses on advancing the social and economic inclusion of migrants, refugees, Roma communities, unemployed individuals, LGBTQI people, survivors of violence, and other groups experiencing exclusion. She has successfully implemented large-scale programs in collaboration with European and national authorities, the United Nations, and diverse partners, donors and stakeholders. Fay holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Law, as well as a master’s degree in media and communications. She is also the mother of three young boys, a role she deeply enjoys.
