Tilemachos graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2004 and completed his PhD in Control and Automation at the Technical University of Munich in 2009. He has published several papers in leading scientific journals and conferences, accumulating more than 250 citations to date. He subsequently worked as a control engineer in the aerospace and automotive industries, as well as a software developer for retail applications, until 2013. In 2014, he co-founded KENOTOM, where he has since held multiple management roles as the company expanded to more than 200 employees and established collaborations with major automotive suppliers and OEMs.
